One post. One clear message.

Make the content useful before you decorate it

A good graphic has a clear reading order. The viewer should understand the headline before noticing the supporting detail.

A repeatable design workflow

  1. Write the takeaway first. If the message needs several paragraphs, use a sequence of images or put the extra explanation in the caption.
  2. Build a visual hierarchy. Give the headline the strongest emphasis. Make the body text readable and treat secondary labels as secondary.
  3. Leave breathing room. Use consistent margins and spacing. Keep essential text away from edges that might be cropped.
  4. Preview on a phone. Check the exported image at its likely viewing size. Increase type or reduce copy if reading feels like work.
  5. Check the export. Review spelling, dimensions, image quality and the destination link before posting.

Create a small template kit

Begin with three layouts: a single tip, a short checklist and a color palette. Keep the same fonts and spacing while changing the content and composition where needed.

Before publishing:

Use sufficient contrast, avoid relying on color alone to explain meaning and add a useful text description where the platform supports it.
